Japanese Black Pine (grafted)
I bought this tree a few years ago as a landscape specimen, moved it several times, and finally potted it.
I started pre-bonsai training in 2024 and hope to pot down in 2027.

White-flowering quince (contorta) that was taken as a root cutting from a landscape plant that had been replanted mant times.
I have taken many successful root cuttings from the original plant, and have high hopes tor this tree.

LPink-flowering flowering apricot, grafted. This tree is in a relativley large pot. I have successfully taken hardwood cuttings from this tree (above the graft), which root/grow vigoriously (e.g., 3-4' perf year branches)
